The rental department at TMS can help you take any production or event to the next level. Not only will you get the best equipment, but you'll also get the best customer service. Our experienced staff is at your disposal to answer your questions, help get your ear up and running, and anything in between. We've got the gear you need, whatever you need!
TMS Rental Department
Rental Procedure
- Who, What, Where, When - Upon contacting the TMS Rental Derpartment, please have the following information ready: gear needed, quantities, shipping dates & show dates.
- Check Availability - Not only do we have a warehouse full of professional lighting equipment, TMS also has access to almost any other piece of equipment you might need for you next event.
- Rental Agreement - (Click for Sample) Once the gear list & dates have been finalized, a detailed rental agreement will be filled out by our rental department. The renter must sign and return this agreement before any gear leaves TMS.
- Certificate of Insureance - (Click for Sample) Renter must provide TMS with a certificate of their insurance naming Theatrical Media Services, Inc., as additionaly insured and loss payee for the declared value of the equipment.
- Shipping - Renter needs to arrange shipping, if applicable.
- Returning Gear - Upon returning gear to TMS, the rental ticket should be used to check that each piece of gear sent by TMS is being returned
