The Coloram CXI color changer uses scrolling gelstrings (up to 32 frames) and attaches to almost any light fixture available, providing vibrant color options for any production. It’s also the quietest color changer ever built by Wybron, the company that invented the scroller nearly three decades ago.The latest version of the Coloram CXI color changer uses Remote Device Management, an industry-standard feedback protocol. This allows the color changer to send valuable information back to its operators on the ground, including maintenance cycle info, alert and error messages, gelstring wear, and more. RDM also allows the Coloram CXI to be addressed remotely from the ground. It’s all possible with Wybron’s Infotrace Control and Management System, which uses RDM to gather information from the Coloram CXI.
